At Lokita Charms, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
Sale Items
- Discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Start a Return
Return process steps:
- Contact Us: Email Return@lokitacharms.com or fill out the Return Form with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll review it and we’ll provide return instructions.
- Shipping: Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective items.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will carefully inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we’ll promptly process your refund or exchange to your original payment method.
Refund Process
- After your refund is processed, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In some cases, refunds may take an additional billing cycle to reflect on your statement, especially for credit card payments.
- If you don’t see your refund after this timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Additional Notes
- Non-returnable items include personalized charms and clearance items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Lokita Charms reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
